CNC Gear Grind Operator
Matt has worked in gear manufacturing for eight years, starting his professional career as a mill hand for a small gear shop with on the job training. Matt quickly decided to focus his knowledge and skills on gear finishing. He joined the Triumph team in 2016 as part of our CNC Gear Grind department. Matt has flourished into a Senior Gear Hand Specialist and Machine Trainer working with some of the latest multimillion-dollar CNC Gear Finishing equipment.
